Shipping Policy

Atom & Ivy currently delivers to serviceable addresses across India. Availability and the estimated delivery window can be checked using the PIN-code tool on each product page.
Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Other orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Charges and delivery times
Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹1,999. A flat ₹99 fee applies below that amount. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days for major metros and 3–7 working days for other serviceable locations after dispatch.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are shared by email or SMS after dispatch. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control may extend delivery times.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, is missing an item or is marked delivered but not received, contact Atom & Ivy within 48 hours with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.
